Mrs. Phyllis Ann Combs of Florence, KY. passed away Friday, October 30 at St. Elizabeth Florence at the age of 75. Mrs. Combs was born February 3, 1940 in Hazard, KY. to the late Balis and Opsie Combs. Mrs. Combs was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Combs was preceded in death by a daughter: Sandra Kay Combs and by 2 sisters: Sharon Fleming and Bobbie Delk. Mrs. Combs leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Thomas Combs, 1 son: Jessie Combs of Demossville, KY., 1 daughter: Cindy Peterson of Florence, KY., 1 sister: Gail Cox of Indiana and she was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Phyllis Ann Combs will be conducted 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 3 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge with Rev. George Naylor officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Burial will be in the New Vine Run Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY. Memorial contributions if desired may be directed to the charity of choice.
