Mrs. Lillian Esther Ferrell, of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Saturday, October 3 at the residence of her nephew in Carrollton, KY. Mrs. Ferrell was born July 8, 1923 in Carroll County, KY. to the late Walter McIntyre and Daisy Burke McIntyre. Mrs. Ferrell was a retired office employee for R. L. Polk Co. and she had formerly worked for Crosley Co. At the time of her passing Mrs. Ferrell was a member of the Bramlett Baptist Church in Carroll County, KY. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ferrell was preceded in death by brothers: J. W., Jackie and Sidney McIntyre and 1 niece: Linda M. Earls. Mrs. Ferrell leaves to mourn her passing her husband of 49 years, Maurice Vernon (Jim) Ferrell, 1 sister: Myrtle (Bud) Smith of Warsaw, KY. and she has 8 nieces and 1 nephew. Graveside services and burial for Mrs. Lillian Esther Ferrell will be conducted 3:00 pm Wednesday, October 7 at the Ghent Cemetery, Ghent, KY. There will be no visitation. The arrangements for Mrs. Lillian Esther Ferrell have been entrusted to the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home of Dry Ridge, KY.
