Mrs. Charlene Foster passed away Sunday, September 13 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood at the age of 78. Mrs. Foster was born October 20, 1936 in McCreary County, KY. to the late Barney and Frances Roberts. Mrs. Foster was a retired florist and an artist. Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Foster on December 9, 2001. Mrs. Foster leaves to mourn her passing sons: David Foster, Jim Messer, Mark Messer, stepsons: Arnold Foster, Roger Foster, daughter: Becky Branscum, stepdaughters: Joyce Foster, Frances Crabtree, Ruth Ann Foster, 1 brother: Bob Roberts. She was blessed with 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Charlene Foster will be conducted 1:00 pm Wednesday, September 16 at the Crescent Springs Church of God with Rev. Michael Brantley officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY. The Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home of Dry Ridge, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mrs. Charlene Foster.
