Mr. Henry Franklin Connelly of Morning View, KY. passed away Thursday, April 2 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Florence, KY. at the age of 80. Frank was born June 18, 1934 in Covington, KY. to the late Edward Connelly and Gertrude Ashcraft Connelly. Frank retired as a equipment operator from the Kenton County Road Department then later worked as a rollback operator for Pike 27. He loved NASCAR, muscle cars and classic cars. Frank leaves to mourn his passing 3 daughters: Melissa (Randy) Aylor of Edgewood, KY., Onie Thompson of Morning View, KY. and Roxanne Scroggins of Covington, KY; 2 sons: Terry Lawrence of Independence, KY. and Tony Connelly of Crittenden, KY; 2 sisters: Rennie Roland of Florence, KY. and Janet Durr of Morning View, KY; 1 brother: Arthur Connelly of Crittenden, KY; He was also blessed with 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be conducted 11am on Wednesday, April 8 at the Goshen Christian Church Cemetery in Morning View, KY. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Kidney Association. The Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Henry Franklin Connelly.
