Mrs. Nora Minning,of Williamstown, KY. and formerly of Northern Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 31 at the Grant Center Nursing Home in Williamstown, KY. at the age of 86. Mrs. Minning was the founder and former owner of the Chez Nora Restaurant in Covington, KY. There will be no visitation for Mrs. Minning and services will be at the convenience of the family. The arrangements for Mrs. Nora Minning have been entrusted to the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge, KY.
