Mr. Fred David Partin passed away Thursday, November 6 at his residence in Newport, KY. at the age of 59. David was born February 18, 1955 in Barbourville, KY. to the late Jason Partin and Beatrice Holland Partin. David was a die cutter for the Artistic Die Manufacturing Co. in Cincinnati, OH. and he was a member of the Masonic Lodge. David leaves to mourn his passing 1 daughter: Michelle Lynn Phelps of Richwood, KY., 2 sons: David Allen Partin of Newport, KY. and Freddie Duane Partin of Erlanger, KY., 2 sisters: Janie Bailey of Owenton, KY. and Linda Sue Roberts of Glencoe, KY., 3 brothers: Richard Partin of Walton, KY., Robert Partin of Owenton, KY. and Everette Partin, Sr. of Corinth, KY. David was blessed with 8 grandchildren. Funeral services for Fred David Partin will be conducted 7:00 pm Monday, November 10 at the Williamstown Pentecostal Holiness Church with Bro. Harold Jewell officiating. Visitation will also be on Monday at the church from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Burial will be on Tuesday at the Goins Family Cemetery in Whitley County, KY. Memorial contributions if desired are suggested to the family in care of the funeral home. The Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home of Dry Ridge, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements for Fred David Partin.
