Collie Dennis James

Mr. Collie James, Jr. of Jonesville, KY. passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at his residence at the age of 69. Mr. James was born September 8, 1944 in Covington, KY. to Martha Beers James and the late Collie James, Sr. Collie worked as a security guard, a structural engineer and iron worker for several years. Mr. James enjoyed woodworking, the outdoors and loved his family. Mr. James leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Christine James and her daughter, Alishia (Joseph) Young of Georgetown, KY; And by his former wife 1 daughter: Sarah James of Chicago, IL; 3 sons: Clayton James of Florence, KY., John James of Fayetteville, NC., Robert (Meghann) James of Phoenix, AZ. Collie also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, Daniel James, Allison James, Keewaun Williams, Trayvon Williams, Abbie James, Allie James, Keyonna Young and Malakhi Young. A private memorial service will be held by the family.
