Dewayne Helton

Dewayne "Wayne" Helton, of Corinth, KY. passed away Sunday, June 15 at St. Elizabeth Florence at the age of 56. Dewayne was born on July 7, 1957 in Pineville, KY. to Ronald and Vetta Noah Helton. Dewayne had worked in maintenance at the St. Mary's Seminary in Norwood, OH. for 10 years. He enjoyed reading his Bible, fourwheeling and farming. He loved spending time with his friends and family and watching the UK Wildcats. At the time of his passing Dewayne was a member of the Charity Tabernacle Church in Cold Spring. Dewayne leaves to mourn his passing his parents: Ronald and Vetta Helton of Corinth, KY; 3 brothers: Bobby G. Helton of Corinth, KY, David Helton of Corinth, KY. and Troy Helton of Cincinnati, OH. His Aunt: Wilma Gross of Harlan, KY; Dewayne also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and extended family members. Funeral Services for Dewayne will be held 11am Thursday, June 19 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge with Rev. David Brock officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Wednesday, June 18 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Entombment will follow in the Vine St. Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH.
