Danny Ray House

Danny Ray House, of Owen County, KY. passed away Friday, March 7 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. at the age of 61. Danny was born June 21, 1952 in Georgetown, KY. to the late Vivian Glass House and J. B. House. Danny was a farmer and stone mason and enjoyed working on automobiles and horseback riding as a young man. At the time of his passing Danny was a member of the Caney Fork Baptist Church in Owen County. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by a daughter, Daphne Faye Brock on July 18, 2013. Danny is survived by his wife, Rita Faye Miller House. 2 daughters: Stephanie Kinman of Owenton, KY. and Alecia Sparrow of Corinth, KY., 3 sons: Danny J. House and James C. House both of Corinth, KY. and Victor Dwayne Brock of Stamping Ground, KY., 4 sisters: Sharon Tapia & Sheila Bruin both of Georgetown, KY., Debbie Gonzalez of Frankfort, KY. and Becky Barnes of Crittenden, KY. He has 1 brother: Clinton House of Corinth, KY. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren. Funeral services for Danny Ray House will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 11 at the Caney Fork Baptist Church in Owen County. Visitation will be on Monday, March 10 from 5:00 - 9:00 pm in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth. There will be additional visitation on Tuesday at the church from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour. Burial will be in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family of Danny Ray House in care of the funeral home.
