Dorothy Genevieve Lower

Mrs. Dorothy Genevieve Lower, of the Knoxville community of Pendleton County passed away Wednesday August 21 at the Gallatin Health Care Center in Warsaw, KY. at the age of 98. Mrs. Lower was a retired cook for the St. Charles Nursing Home and a member of the Knoxville Christian Church. She was the widow of Homer Lower. Mr. Lower passed away in 2001. Mrs. Lower leaves to mourn her passing a son: Randy D. Lower of Williamstown, KY., 1 sister: Lora Lower of Dry Ridge, KY., 1 brother: John Charles "Jay" Adams of Dry Ridge, KY., 2 grandchildren: Becky Lower Sandlin of Williamstown, KY., Marlana Lower Hamblin of Williamstown, KY. and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Lower will be conducted 2:00 pm Sunday, August 25 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Visitation will be there on Sunday from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm. Burial will be in the Broadridge Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
