Jeannie Landrum

Mrs. Celestia Jean Piner Landrum, of Crittenden, KY. passed away Thursday, August 15 at her home at the age of 75. Mrs. Landrum was born October 13, 1937 in Newport, KY. to the late Kemper McKee Piner and Olan Piner. Mrs. Landrum was a former school bus driver for the Grant County School System and a former Dry Ridge Wal-Mart employee. Many years ago she worked for American Surety Co. in Cincinnati and in recent years after retirement she was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Landrum was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Landrum in 1996 and by a sister: Ann Sparrow and brothers: Bob Piner and Miles Strong. Mrs. Landrum leaves to mourn her passing a daughter: Julie Landrum of Crittenden, 1 sister: Irene Kees of Georgetown, KY. and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Landrum will be Sunday, August 18 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Burial will be in the Crittenden Cemetery.
