N. B. Neal

Napoleon Bonaparte Neal, Jr. of Dry Ridge, KY., passed away Thursday, April 11 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Williamstown, KY. at the age of 84. N. B., as he was known to friends and family, was born June 14, 1928 in Corinth, KY. to the late Napoleon Bonaparte Neal, Sr. and Elizabeth Florence Guill Neal. Mr. Neal was a former stock clerk and worked for 18 years as a night watchman for Grant County Foods in Dry Ridge. At the time of his passing, Mr. Neal was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Neal was preceded in death by his wife: Ella Mae Neal on June 15, 1990. He was also preceded in death by brothers and sisters: Lorena Faulkner, Happy Adams, Jack Neal and Randall Neal and by a step-grandchild: Aaron Delamare Neal. Mr. Neal leaves to mourn his passing 2 sons: Jack Neal and Larry E. Neal both of Corinth, KY., 1 sister: Loretta Kelly of Dry Ridge, KY., 1 granddaughter: Jennifer Caldwell, 1 step grandchild: Shannon Miller, 2 great grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Neal will be conducted 2:00 pm Sunday, April 14 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth with Rev. Quintin McNabb officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
