Rudolph James Bartley, of Williamstown, KY. passed away Thursday, November 15 at home at the age of 68. Mr. Bartley was born June 2, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Elden Bartley and Lucille McNear Bartley. Mr. Bartley was a retired self employed plumber and drapery maker. Mr. Bartley leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Linda Lou Higgins Bartley, 1 daughter: Jeanette Bartley, 2 sons: Rudolph Bartley, Jr. of Orlando, FL., and Roy Bartley of Colorado. He has 2 brothers: Elden Bartley and Eugene Bartley both of California. He also has 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. There will be no visitation for Mr. Bartley and services will be at the convenience of the family. The funeral arrangements for Mr. Bartley have been entrusted to the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth.
