Betty J. Lipker

Betty J. Lipker, of Williamstown passed away Thursday, November 7 at the Grant Manor Rehabilitation Center in Williamstown at the age of 87. Betty was born March 20, 1925 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Brady Shiflet and Flora Wallace Shiflet. Mrs. Lipker was a nurse's aid at the Garrard Street Ladies home. Betty was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Ft. Mitchell. Betty was devoted to her family. She loved shopping and watching movies. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lipker was preceded in death by her husband: Lawrence E. Lipker in 2004., 1 son: Ronald Ray Lipker., 1 brother: Dave Shiflet. Mrs. Lipker leaves to mourn her passing 1 daughter: Debbie(Boyd)Turner of Dry Ridge., 1 son: Robert L. Lipker of Walton., 1 sister: Mary Flink of North Carolina. She has 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Lipker will be conducted 7:00 pm Friday, November 9 in the chapel of the Eckler- McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge with Bro. Jerry Carmichael officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Burial will take place 10 a.m Saturday, at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell.
