Julia Ann "Chewa" Martin Brown of Williamstown, KY. passed away Thursday, August 30 at her home at the age of 51. Ms. Brown was born June 28, 1961 in Covington, KY. to Norma Works Martin Webster and the late Joseph Martin. She was a server for the Country Grill in Dry Ridge, KY. and a member of the Catholic faith. Ms. Brown enjoyed life in the country and all things outdoors, including fishing and tending to the garden. Ms. Brown was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Martin and by a sister, Adelaide McManus who passed away in May, 2012. Ms. Brown leaves to mourn her passing a daughter: Angela Moser of Norfolk, VA., her mother: Norma Webster of Taylor Mill, KY., her ex-husband: Gary Brown of Williamstown, KY., 3 sisters: Jeanine (Vic) Armont of Miami, FL., Mary Martin of Taylor Mill, KY. & Christine (Danny) Fuller of Ryland Heights, KY.,3 brothers: Joseph (Rosa) Martin of Spain, Steve Martin of Covington, KY., Matt Martin of St. Clairesville, OH. She has 3 grandchildren. Funeral services for Ms. Brown will be conducted 8:00 pm Tuesday, September 4 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.
