Edelle McCoy Kelly, 87, of Flemingsburg, KY passed away on Tuesday August 21, 2012 at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg, KY. Mrs. Kelly was born to the late Stanley and Lola (Spillman) McCoy on May 6, 1925 in Dry Ridge, KY. She was a homemaker, member of St. Williams Church, Williamstown, KY and a long time 4-H and Cooperative Extension Service volunteer. Mrs. Kelly was preceded in death by her husband: John J. Kelly and sister: Dorothy Stone. Mrs. Kelly is survived by her son: Stephen (Chris) Kelly of Flemingsburg, KY sister: Dora Anness of Dry Ridge, KY and grandchildren: Angela (Daniel) Lowe of Wellington, CO and Elizabeth Kelly of Longmont, CO. Visitation will be Friday August 24, 2012 at St. Williams Church, Williamstown, KY from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:30 pm. Burial will be at Hill Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Grant County 4-H Program 105 Baton Rouge Rd. Williamstown, KY 41097, St. Williams Catholic Church 6 Church Street Williamstown, KY 41097 or to Hospice of Hope 909 Kenton Station Rd. Maysville, KY 41056.
