Patricia Ann Wilburn, of Warsaw, KY, passed away on Friday April 13, 2012 at the age of 46. Mrs. Wilburn was born to the late James Edwin Shepperd and Peggy (Faust) Shepperd on January 21, 1966. Mrs. Wilburn was a member of the Paint Lick Baptist Chruch in Warsaw, KY. Mrs. Wilburn leaves to mourn in her passing her loving daughter: Kristina Louise Shepperd of Florence, KY and son: James Allen Logan Greenwell of Warsaw, KY. Also surviving is dear friend: Lora Woodward of Warsaw, KY. Memorial services for Mrs. Wilburn will be on Monday April 16, 2012 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the Paint Lick Baptist Church in Warsaw, KY.
