Frank Allen Ferris

Frank Allen Ferris, of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Thursday, March 15 at his residence at the age of 68. Mr. Ferris was born June 14, 1943 in Ionia, Michigan to the late Theodore Ferris and Eleanor Crandell Ferris. Mr. Ferris was a retired diesel mechanic for CSI/Republic in Williamstown and a member of the National Rifle Association. Mr. Ferris was an avid coin collector. Mr. Ferris leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Diana Gould Ferris, 4 daughters: Jalaine Rux of Muir, MI., Brandy Ferris of Lyons, MI., Angie Johnson of Nicholasville, KY., and Melanie Linville of Sadieville, KY., 2 brothers: Keith Ferris of Vinita, OK., and Ron Ferris of Ionia, MI. He has 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Ferris will be conducted 4:00 pm Saturday, March 17 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge with Rev. Dave Shanklin officiating. Additional services will be in Ionia, Michigan and burial will be in the North Plains Cemetery, Ionia, MI.
