Daryl Lee Halfhill

Daryl Lee Halfhill, of Corinth, KY. passed away Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his residence at the age of 67. Mr. Halfhill was born January 13, 1945 in Scott County, KY. to the late Walter Woodrow Halfhill and Gladys E.(Wright)Halfhill. Mr. Halfhill was a retired backhoe operator and plumber. Mr. Halfhill is survived by his loving wife: Ora (Young) Halfhill of Corinth, KY, daughter: Kathy Jean (Ricky J.) Davis of Corinth, KY, son: Daniel Lee Halfhill of Corinth, KY, sisters: Joyce Dyer of Dry Ridge, KY, Jean O'Hara of Corinth, KY, Carol O'Banion of Dry Ridge, KY and Diane Harrington of Cynthiana, KY, brothers: Franklin Woodrow Halfhill of Owenton, KY and Howard Wayne Halfhill of Sadieville, KY. 2 granddaughers: Brandy and Chasity Davis, brother in laws: Dennis, James and Roscoe Young, along with several nieces and nephews. Mr. Halfhill was preceded in death by two brothers: Gary Eugene Halfhill in 1990 and Walter "Junior" Otis Halfhill in 1988. Funeral services for Mr. Halfhill will be conducted Friday February 17, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth with Bro. Tom Denny officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
