George Kelly, Jr.

George Kelly, Jr., of Cincinnati, OH., passed away Monday, November 14 at the Jewish Hospital Cincinnati,OH., at the age of 86. Mr. Kelly was born June 8, 1925 to the late George B. Kelly and Goochie (Arthur) Kelly. Mr. Kelly was a retired electrician with Nutone, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH. Mr. Kelly was a past master with the Linwood Lodge #567 F & AM and a WWII Navy Veteran. He was a member of the St. John United Church of Christ in Reading, OH. Mr. Kelly leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife: Margaret (Bruce) Kelly of Cincinnati, OH., daughter: Judith (John) Hiatt of Cincinnati, OH., son: Steve (Molly) Kelly of Cincinnati, OH., sister: Barbara Kelly of Winter Haven, FL., 7 grandhchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Mr. Kelly was preceded in death by his son: Robert E. (Patricia) Kelly. Visitation for Mr. Kelly will be Friday, November 18 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in the chapel of Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home Dry Ridge, KY with services following at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the St. John United Church of Christ Community Kitchen 729 Jefferson Avenue Reading, OH. 45215. For our local family and friends, we will be having a remembrance service at 1:00 pm Saturday November 19th at St. John UCC., with lunch to follow.
