William Herbert Carmack

William Herbert "Jack" Carmack, passed away on September 11, 2011 at the age of 93 at Owenton Manor Care and Rehabilitaion Center in Owenton, KY. Mr. Carmack was preceded in death by his parents: Henry Carmack and Ollie (Moore) Carmack. Mr. Carmack was a long time farmer and is survivied by a daughter: Mattie Mae Webb of KY., Sons: Roy Carmack of Corinth, KY, Bob Carmack of Owenton, KY, and Johnny Wayne Carmack of Brunswick, GA. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Memorial services for Mr. Carmack will be held on Sunday September 18, 2011 at 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Owenton, KY.
