Marshall Switzer, of Lexington, KY. passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. at the age of 66. Mr. Switzer was born April 19, 1945 in Scott County, KY. to the late Melvin Switzer and Minnie Hymer Switzer. Mr. Switzer was an automobile mechanic for Central Motors Co. in Lexington. Mr. Switzer leaves to mourn his passing 3 sisters: Thelma Hiten of Cynthiana, KY., Linda Pickett of Cynthiana, KY. and Freda Hopper of Harrison County, KY., and 3 brothers: Bobby Switzer of Frankfort, KY., Danny Switzer of Sadieville, KY. and Delbert Switzer of Harrison County, KY. The Switzer family chose cremation and there will be no visitation. Burial of the cremated remains will take place at a later date at the Raven Creek Cemetery, Harrison County, KY.
