Russell Anthony Marcum

Russell Anthony Marcum, of Jonesville, KY. passed away Monday, July 25 at the VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 73. Mr. Marcum was born August 21, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Thomas Louis Marcum and Catherine Lally Marcum. Mr. Marcum served his country in the United States Air Force and was a retired truck driver. He was an avid gun collector and attended the St. William Catholic Church in Williamstown, KY. Mr. Marcum is survived by his wife: Louise Johnson Marcum. He also leaves to mourn his passing 2 daughters: Catherine Corbett of Jonesville, KY. and Caroline Marcum of Jonesville, KY. He has 1 sister: Rhoda Bolton of Latonia, KY., 4 grandchildren: Laura Kate Corbett, Lyndsey Caroline Lynch, Kristi Nicole Corbett, Michael Logan Lynch, 1 great grandson: Landen Scott Duke. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Saturday at St. William Catholic Church in Williamstown. Visitation will be in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge on Friday from 3-8 pm. Burial will be in the Caney Fork Cemetery, Liberty, KY.
