Stanford Ellis Fain

Stanford Ellis Fain, of Corinth, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the residence of his nephew in Harrison County at the age of 86. Mr. Fain was born May 12, 1924 in Nicholasville, KY. to the late Fred Fain and Etha Hicks Fain. He was a retired farmer and served his country during World War II in the United States Navy. Mr. Fain is survived by 3 nephews: Larry Ellis Fain of Warsaw, KY., Kenneth Lee Fain and Michael Dale Fain, both of Harrison County. Graveside committal services with military honors will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, April 14 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamtown. There will be no visitation. These arrangements have been entrusted to the McDaniel Funeral Home of Corinth, KY.
