David Lee Wagner, of Corinth, KY. passed away Thursday, December 16 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Lexington, KY. at the age of 64. Mr. Wagner was born October 1, 1946 to the late Robert E. Wagner and Dorothy King Wagner. He was a truck driver for Estes Express in Lexington, KY. and was a member of Crittenden Baptist Church. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Theodore Wagner and by a sister: Janice Stith. Mr. Wagner leaves to mourn his passing 3 daughters: Cindy Hinton of Berry, KY., Kimberly Wagner of Covington, KY. and Amy Napier of Butler, KY. He has 3 sisters: Wanda Gouge of Independence, KY., Barbara Rector of Lebanon, KY., and Darlene Hutson of Crittenden, KY. He has 1 brother: Jimmie Wagner of Crittenden, KY. He is survived by 3 grandchildren: Casey Hinton and David Hinton, both of Berry, KY. and Ari Schaffer of Covington, KY. Funeral services for Mr. Wagner will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday, December 20 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Visitation will be there on Sunday from 2-5 pm. Burial will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown.
