Mary Margaret Dailey

Mary Margaret Dailey, of Stamping Ground, KY. passed away Friday, April 23 at her home following a long illness at the age of 89. Mrs. Dailey was born May 3, 1920 in Olive Hill, KY. to the late Harv Pickett and Betsy Dailey Pickett. Mrs. Dailey was a homemaker and a farmer and a member of the Shiloh Full Gospel Church in Corinth. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Jackson Dailey in 2004 and by a son, Jim Dailey. Mrs. Dailey is survived by 3 sons: Bob Dailey of Beechwood, KY., Donald Ray Dailey of Stamping Ground, KY. and Andrew G. Dailey of Corinth, KY. She has 6 daughters: Virginia Hunter Ashcraft of Stamping Ground, KY., Donna Jean Jones of Stamping Ground, Viola Beshears of Stamping Ground, Robin Walker of Owen County, KY., Connie Conley of Lawrenceburg, KY., and Rosie Barron of Stamping Ground, KY. She has several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Dailey will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 28 at the Shiloh Full Gospel Church with Rev. Floyd Race officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday evening from 5-9 pm. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery, Stamping Ground. McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
