Evelyn Josephine Brooks, 89, of Cincinnati, OH. passed away Sunday, February 28 at her home. She was born October 19, 1920 in Cincinnati, OH. to the late Donato Vece and Mamie Romeo Vece. She was a retired office clerk for Palm Beach Clothing in Cincinnati and a former employee for Vita Juice in Cincinnati. She attended St. Anthony Catholic Church and a was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church Senior Group in Cincinnati. She is survived by a daughter: Barbara Y. Brooks of Cincinnati, OH. 1 son: Gary R. Brooks of Cincinnati, OH. and 1 sister: Betty Wilhelmy of Loveland, OH. She is survived by 3 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. There will be no visitation and a memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The Brooks family has chosen cremation which will take place at the Greater Cincinnati Crematory. Following cremation, burial will take place in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery. McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth, is serving the family.
