Ronnie B. Pettit, 60, of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Saturday, February 13 at his mother's residence in Dry Ridge. He was born October 8, 1949 in Gardnersville, KY. to Gladys Huff Pettit and the late James Arnold Pettit. He was a retired inspector for the Kentucky Department of Transportation and he served his country for four years in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his mother: Gladys Huff Baker of Dry Ridge, KY. He has 1 sister: Judy A. Peace of Crittenden, KY. and 1 brother: Johnny Arnold Pettit of Cleveland, TN. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a half brother: Charles Richard Ratliff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 18 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Visitation will be there on Thursday from 11:00 am until time of services. Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
