Mary J. Hedger

October 28, 1911 - January 17, 2010

Mary J. Hedger, 98, of Sherman, KY. passed away on Sunday, January 17 after a short stay in the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Williamstown, KY. She was born October 28, 1911 in Stewartsville, KY. to the late Daniel Stewart and Nettie Chipman Stewart. She was a homemaker and farmer and a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Sherman Homemakers. She was the widow of Harold Hedger who passed away in 1988. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by a son: Stewart Hedger and by a daughter: Alice Hedger. She is survived by a son: Jim (Carol) Hedger of Sherman, KY. and she has 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, Jan. 21 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home with visitation there on Thursday from 10:00 am until the service.
