Ann Elizabeth Simpson Hall, 91, of Winchester, KY. and formerly of Grant County, died Tuesday at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester. She was born February 24, 1918 in Cincinnati, OH. to the late Elmer Simpson and Anna Arthur Simpson. She was a retired executive secretary for the Kentucky Farm Bureau Claims Office. She was a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church and a former governor of the 4th District Republican Women and she was a Kentucky Colonel. She was the widow of Wallace Hall who passed away in 1995. She is survived by 3 daughters: Gayle (Dan) Bourne of Lexington, KY., Susan L. Hall of Sunman, IN., and Ruthanne (Roland) Horn of Hoffman Estates, Ill. 3 Grandsons: D. Scott (Sasha) Bourne of Georgetown, KY., Eric (Jennie) Bourne of Murray, KY., and Collin Steenken of Hoffman Estates, Ill. 5 Great Grandchildren: Meagan, Joshua, Isaac, Alexander and Isabelle.
