Louise Rogers Faulconer, 93, of Corinth, died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009 at 10:15 am in the Grant Manor Nursing Home in Williamstown. She was born July 15, 1915 in Grant County to the late Bennie Robinson and Ernst Anness Robinson. She was a retired funeral director and the owner of the former Rogers Funeral Home in Corinth. She, along with her late husband and son, operated the funeral homes in Corinth and Sadieville for many years. She was licensed by the state as a funeral director in 1944. She was a member of the Corinth Christian Church where she was active in the Ladies Aid. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Corinth Lady Lions. She had in the past been a member of the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky and the National Funeral Directors Association. She was the widow of Roscoe H. Rogers who died in 1968 and Charles Faulconer who died in 1989. She was preceded in death by her son, Eddie Davis Rogers in 2000. She is survived by 3 grandsons: Jeff Rogers of Lexington, KY., Tim Rogers of Colorado Springs, CO., and Chris Rogers of Las Vegas, NV. 1 Great Grand Daughter: Olivia Hope Rogers of Colorado Springs, CO. 1 Daughter In Law: Charlene Rogers of Corinth, KY. 2 Nephews: Rodney Robinson and Robert Robinson both of Florence, KY.
