Sgt Daniel Wayne Wallace, 27, of Dry Ridge, died Friday, October 31, 2008 in Afghanistan while serving with the Kentucky National Guard. He was assigned to Charlie Co. 201st Engineer Battalion and served at the time of his death with Bravo Co. 201st Engineer Battalion. He worked in maintenance for the Florence Mall and was a member of the Family Tabernacle Church of God in Glencoe, KY. He is survived by a daughter: Abigail Rose Wallace of Dry Ridge,KY. 1 son: Cody George Mardis of Independence, KY. His parents Kenneth C. Wallace, Sr. and Karen Wallace of Dry Ridge, KY. 1 Sister: Kim Wallace Dry Ridge, KY. 3 Brothers: Kenneth C. Wallace, Jr. of Richwood, KY., Brian S. Wallace, Sr. of Dry Ridge, KY. and Alex P. Wallace of Dry Ridge, KY. His Grandfather: Arvis Sinclair of Norwood, OH. 6 Nieces and 1 Nephew
