Alan Scott Buchanan , 59, of Sharonville, OH was born February 14, 1960 in Green Bay, Wisconsin and passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at his residence in Sharonville, OH.
Scott was the son of the late O.E. "Sandy" and Marjorie Lee Wilson Buchanan. Scott retired from the U. S. Army where he served in Operation Desert Storm. Before he entire the military, he was employed by the United States Postal Service in Sharonville. Upon entering the Army, he was stationed in Fort Riley, KS. Upon retirement, he returned to work for the USPS.

Survivors include two sons: Jason Scott (Amy) Isaacs of Dry Ridge, Christopher Alan Buchanan of Florence, KY; two brothers: Steven Buchanan, Jonathan Buchanan and one sister: Sandra Ruddle, all from Oklahoma City, OK. Two granddaughters also survive: Jayden Isaacs and Maci Isaacs.

A private inurnment will be scheduled at the convenience of the family at Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery – North in Williamstown.
