Amelia Alene Jackson

Amelia Alene Jackson was born June 2, 1938 in Ages, Kentucky and passed away November 2, 2024 in Walton, Kentucky at the age of 86.  She was the daughter of the late James Broyles and Jill Fiorini.

Amelia was a retired chiropractic assistant for Dr. Alice Heeger-Hartman in Williamstown.  She was a dedicated member of the Crittenden Baptist Church as well as a former member of the Williamstown Women's Club and the Williamstown OES #301.  In her free time Amelia enjoyed visiting with nursing home patients and going to the senior citizen center.

Amelia was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Jackson, Sr., on Jan. 31, 2006.  She is survived by two daughters: Kim (Ron) Knipfer of Independence and Karla (Steve) Kellam of Crittenden; two sons: Carl (Carol) Jackson, Jr. of Dry Ridge and Ron (Elizabeth) Jackson of Lawrenceburg, KY; five grandchildren:Matthew (Julie) Knipfer, Amanda (Jeff) Frasure, Taylor (Chris) Lindsay, Shayna (Cameron) Beavers and Connor Jackson; and two great grandchildren: Lincoln and Madison Frasure.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY.  Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the New Vine Run Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
