Anita Charlene Jenkins Winkler

Anita Charlene Jenkins Winkler of Corinth, KY was born September 7, 1954 in Owenton, KY and died Friday December 6, 2024 at her residence at the age of 70 years.

She was the daughter of the late Ottis and Sylvia Mae Edwards Jenkins. She was a former assembly worker for Legett & Platt and a member of the Stonewall Church of God. On October 23, 2004 she was united in marriage to her late husband Jimmy Winkler. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister Hazel McMillian, and brother-in laws, Floyd McMillian and Roy Martin.

Surviving is her sister, Thelma Martin of Hesler, KY; nephew, Tim (Tracy) McMillian of Corinth; nieces, Tina (David) McEntire of Corinth, Melinda Powers of Corinth, and Lisa (Darrell) Ison of Georgetown; and a host of great nieces and nephews, as well as her church family.

Visitation will be 4:00-8:00pm Friday, December 13, 2024 at McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth, KY.  Funeral Services will be 11:00am Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Wells officiating; burial will follow in the Corinth IOOF Cemetery.

Serving as Pallbearers will be: Tim McMillian, Darrell Ison, David McEntire, Kyle Stull, Josh Ison , Daniel McEntire and Bro. Wells.
