Surviving is her mother, Michell Lynn Blevins Dollens of Dry Ridge; father, Timothy Glenn Dollens of Union, KY; 1 son, Lukas John Stamper of Covington; 3 daughters, Marliegh May Sandlin of Taylor Mill, KY, Jersey Partin of Falmouth, KY, and Mercedes Lynn Ailstek of Covington, KY; 1 sister, Felicia Gabrielle Dollens of Dry Ridge, KY; and maternal grandparents, Phillip and Lucille Blevins of Dry Ridge, KY.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY with burial to follow in the New Vine Run Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00pm-8:00pm Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the funeral home.
