Austin D. Scroggins

Austin D. Scroggins of Williamstown, KY was born March 28, 1971 in Covington, KY and died Friday, May 17, 2024 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 54 years.

He was the son of the late Glenn Austin and Rosella Mae Blackburn Scroggins. Austin was a 1989 graduate of Williamstown High School, a construction laborer and former heavy equipment operator, and a member of the Beaver Baptist Church in Cynthiana, KY. Austin had a love for baseball and was a former little league coach. On October 31, 2022 he was united in marriage to his wife Janet Elizabeth Kemplin Scroggins.

Surviving is his wife Janet of Williamstown; two sons, Jacob Tyler Scroggins of Corinth and Glenn “AJ” Austin (Julia Carpenter) Scroggins, II of Williamstown; two step-sons Shawn and Brandon Abercrombie both of Williamstown; and two grandchildren, Lillian Grace Scroggins of Walton and Weston Ezra Scroggins of Williamstown.

Memorial services will be private at the convenience of the family.
