Barbara Louise Atwood

Barbara Louise Atwood, a Walton resident, passed away at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 at the age of 80.

She was the daughter of the late Tracy Duncan & Grace Mae Groves Duncan. Barbara is survived by one daughter, Tonya Starnes of Independence, KY, two sons, Mark Sayers of Florence, KY & Scott Sayers of Walton, KY, as well as one sister, Yvonne Chapman of Glencoe, KY. She leaves a legacy of four grandchildren, Jonathan & Jordan Starnes and Brooklyn & Christopher Miller, along with six great-grandchildren.

Barbara aided passengers flying with American Airlines for over twenty years as a reservation clerk. She was a member of the Seven Hills Church of Florence Kentucky, in addition to being a member of the Women of the Moose Organization located in Taylor Mill, KY.

Celebration of Life is 3:00 to 7:00 PM, Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the Taylor Mill Moose Lodge, 5247 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015.
