Barry Lee Martin, Jr.

Barry Lee Martin, Jr. was born March 1, 1978 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away September 8, 2023 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 45.  He was the son of Christine Patterson Martin of Williamstown and Barry L. Martin, Sr. of Dry Ridge.

Barry was a construction worker and worked closely with his dad at Barry Martin Construction for 20+ years.  He was a member of the Sherman Church of Christ in Sherman.  He loved all aspects of working on cars and motorcycles including body work, mechanic work and painting.  He enjoyed time away with a relaxing trip to the beach with his family.

In addition to his parents, Barry is survived by his son, Tyler Martin (Victoria) of Morning View; his daughter, Tori Martin of Phoenix, AZ; his sister: Sheena Mocahbee (Matthew) of Williamstown; two grandchildren, James Lee and Bridget Marie Martin; a niece, Jaylyn Capps (Nick Hill); a great nephew, Rafe Hill; and his girlfriend, Melissa Maines Murphy.

Visitation will be 3:30 PM- 6:30 PM, Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown.  Funeral services will be at 6:30 PM, Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023 at the funeral home.  Burial will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023 at Oak Ridge Cemetery.  If planning to attend the burial, please meet in the parking lot at Elliston-Stanley  Funeral Home on Thursday at 10:30 AM.
