Bernice Lawson Bennett

Bernice Lawson Bennett of Williamstown, KY was born January 4, 1925 in Montgomery County, KY and died Thursday, April 4, 2024 at her residence at the age of 99 years.

She was the daughter of the late Roy Edgar and Mary Betty Lewis Lawson. She was a retired receptionist and book keeper for Precision Dental Care in Williamstown, KY, and was a member of the Williamstown Baptist Church. On October 26, 1946 Bernice was united in marriage to William Elmer Bennett, who preceded her in death on April 9, 1994.

Surviving are four daughters, Donna (late Beuford) Neal of Williamstown, Judy (Nick) Ruholl of Williamstown, Betty Jo (Mike) Walters of Williamstown, and Jennifer (Lance) Dinser of Dry Ridge; four grandchildren, Becky Ruholl, Ryan (Jana) Walters, Lacy (Terrell) Wilson, and Cooper Dinser; four great-grandchildren, Jackson Middleton, Karis Wilson, Maylee Walters, and Laurel Walters; and her sister, Odella Delaney of Williamstown.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, April 8, 2024 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown followed by burial in the Williamstown Cemetery. Visitation will also be Monday, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
