Betty Juanita Riley of Dry Ridge, Kentucky

August 25, 1938 - April 8, 2019

Betty Juanita Riley , 80, a Dry Ridge resident, passed away Monday April 8, 2019 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident that occurred on March 25 ^th . Born August 25, 1938 in Owsley Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Dolly Jean Webster Jackson.

On January 5, 1958 Betty was united in marriage to Ervin Riley; he survives. Betty retired 18 years ago from Duro Bag. She loved dancing, particularly square dancing, country music and tinkering in her flower garden. She had a special loved for, and even appeared on the Midwestern Hayride on several occasions.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, Ervin, include one son: Steven (Deanna) Riley of Sparta, TN; one daughter: Sheria Lynn (Rick) Riley of Clearwater, FL and two sisters: Lucy Souder and Rita Snow, both of Grant Co. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Burb Jackson, Vernon Jackson, Frankie Jackson, Cecil Jackson and James Jackson.

Funeral services will be Saturday April 13, 2019 at 1:00 at Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown with Rev. Mike Pullens officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 and go until the time of the funeral. Burial will follow in Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
