Bill R. Clower of the Hogg Ridge Road community of Williamstown, KY was born September 17, 1951 in Detroit, MI and passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at his residence at the age of 69 years.

He was the son of the late William Arthur and Dora Abner Clower. He was a retired welder for the Joseph Honhorst Co. of Cincinnati, OH, a member of the Local #392 as well as the Boilermakers #105, and a member of the Family Worship Center, Williamstown.

On March 22, 1969 Bill was united in marriage to his wife, Judy Diane Young Clower, from this union came one child, Billy Ray (Renea) Clower of Falmouth. Later in life he became the father of Anthony Clower, Brett Clower, Misty Clower, Ryan Clower, Madison Clower, and Tia Creech. In addition to his wife Judy and children, also surviving are 1 brother, Roy Rader, 4 sisters, Linda Rader, Karen Rader, Jeanne Rader, Kathy Sumner, and 1 grandchild.

Funeral services will be at 2:00pm Saturday, January 2, 2021 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY. Visitation will also be Saturday 11:30am-2:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place Sunday January 3 at 2:00pm in the Bethel Ridge Cemetery in the Bethel Ridge, KY.
