Billy Ray Crowder

Billy Ray Crowder of Williamstown, KY was born September 6, 1938 in Owenton, KY and died Sunday, March 5, 2023 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 84 years.

Billy was the son of the late Robert and Zelma Stone Crowder. He was a retired installation and service technician with Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, a member of the Williamstown Baptist Church and a member of the Crittenden Masonic Lodge F&AM. On March 12, 1960 he was united in marriage to his wife, Diane Bourne Crowder. In addition to his parents, Billy was also preceded in death by his two daughters, Cindy Kay Crowder and Vicke Rae Crowder.

Surviving is his wife Diane Crowder of Williamstown; two grandsons, Brian Ray and Brandon Ray Barker both of Williamstown; one brother, John Crowder of Lawrenceburg, KY; and one sister, Jane Ellen Norman of Frankfort, KY.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY with burial to follow in the Owenton I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation will also be Saturday, 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
