Blaine Thomas Turner

Blaine Thomas Turner was born August 20, 1940 in Independence, Kentucky and passed away May 15, 2023 Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 82. He was the son of the late Foster Blaine and Lola Bell Glenn Turner.

On April 6, 1963 Blaine was united in marriage to Judith Montana Vance Turner.  In addition to his wife of 60 years he is survived by a son: Jeffrey Turner; a daughter: Susan Turner Evans (Joe); 7 grandchildren: Brittany Turner, Kayla Burton, David Burton (Brianna), Rebekah Turner (Jimmy), Thomas Turner, Jessica Gentry and Brad Evans; and 5 great grandchildren: Vanessa Gibson, Nova Dunn, Oliver Blaine Turner, Oaklie Covey and Tate Foster Burton.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Franklin Turner.

Blaine was a retired truck driver and a lifelong farmer.  He was also an active member of the Gardnersville Baptist Church.  His greatest joy in life came from spending time with his family. He especially loved watching his kids and grandkids play sports and any activities they were involved in.  He leaves a legacy of love that his family will not forget.

Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Crittenden. Visitation will continue on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of services at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Gardnersville Cemetery.
