Bonnie Gaunt Snow

Bonnie Gaunt Snow of Louisville, KY and formerly of Grant County, KY was born July 14, 1946 in Dry Ridge, KY and died Sunday, January 26, 2020 in Louisville, KY at the age of 73.

She was the daughter of the late Arthur Gaunt and Wanda Ashcraft Matherly.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Michael Snow and an infant grandson, Logan Cheek.

Bonnie's family was her pride and joy.  She was a gifted genealogist and had traced her own family's history back to the Pre-Civil War Era.  She was a member of the Filson Historic Society in Louisville.

Bonnie is survived by her son, Jason (Heather) Cheek of Michigan, and two daughters, Michelle (Jim) Ellis of Louisville, Monica (Steve) Howe of Dry Ridge.  She is also survived by five grandchildren, John Matthew Hay, Ryan Hay, Boston (Sara Clay) Howe, Lincoln Howe and Kayli Cheek and four great-grandchildren, MaeLeigh Hay, Virginia McNeill Howe, Clayton Howe and Roman Cash Hay.

A private family service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020.
