Carol Jay Greene

Carol Jay Robbins Greene was born October 17, 1971 in Williamstown, Kentucky and passed away February 9, 2022 at her residence in Crittenden, Kentucky at the age of 50.  She was the daughter of George Benjamin "Benny" and Dorothy Maxine Martin Robbins of Williamstown.

On Jan. 8, 1994 Carol was united in marriage to Bart Greene.  In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by 2 sons: Zachary and Kyle Greene both of Crittenden; 3 sisters: Shotty Naberhaus (Howard) of Union, Tammy Kenner (Doug) of Williamstown and Kay Thornton-Williams (Kevin) of Independence; her mother and father-in-law: Ann and Barry Green of Crittenden; a sister-in-law: Allison Muehlenkamp (Jason) of Union; 5 nieces and nephews: Emma and Carter Muehlenkamp, Amber Brown (Joel), Ashley Kenner and Grace Thornton; and 3 great nieces and nephew: Benjamin, Edie and Aidan Brown.

Carol was an Operations Supervisor for Republic Services and a member of Seven Hills Church.  She always enjoyed her time helping out the youth in her community through volunteering with various youth organizations and coaching.  Carol enjoyed spending time with her family and loved spending time at the beach.

Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 PM, Monday, February 14, 2022 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
