Carol Beatrice Phelps

Carol Beatrice Wilson Phelps of Crittenden, KY was born Friday, October 29, 1943 in Russell County, KY and died Saturday, June 22, 2024 at her residence at the age of 80 years.

She was the daughter of the late James and Louzella Tarter Wilson. She was a former bus driver for Settle Services in Cincinnati, OH and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Hartwell, OH. She was formerly married to the late Phillip Phelps.

Surviving: one son, James (Tammy) Phelps of Independence, KY; one daughter, Lisa (Mike) Studer of Crittenden, KY; sister-in-law, Marie Wilson of Fairfield, OH; five grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
