Carol Ann Whaley

Carol Ann Perkins Whaley of Williamstown, KY was born Thursday, March 5, 1953 in Dry Ridge, KY and passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 69.

She was the daughter of the late James Henry and Lena Mae Humphrey Perkins. She was a retired Instructional Assistant with the Williamstown Independent Schools and a member of the Williamstown Baptist Church. On August 10, 1974 she was united in marriage to her husband, Ricky Joe Whaley.

In addition to Carols parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Anna Mae Adams, and two brothers, James and Bill Perkins.

Surviving is her husband, Ricky Joe Whaley of Williamstown; two sons, Jason Whaley of Union, and Jeremy Whaley of Williamstown; 3 grandchildren, Lauryn Elizabeth Whaley, Blake Austin Whaley, and Layne Braxton Whaley; and one brother, Robert Perkins of Williamstown.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown with burial to follow in the New Vine Run Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00pm-8:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
