Richard Dennler

July 24, 1964 — July 9, 2024

Charles Richard Dennler was born July 24, 1964 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away July 9, 2024 in Florence, Kentucky at the age of 59.  He was the son of Howard Lee and Pet Cooke Dennler, they survive.

Richard worked in logistics for Zeiss in Hebron and was a graduate of Simon Kenton High School.  Music was one of his favorite pastimes and loved playing the guitar, mandolin and banjo.  He was known by his family for his love of "all things used and recycled", especially antique knives, and could often be found yard saling.  Richard was also an avid Kentucky fan.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two sons: Nick Dennler of Nashville, TN and Christopher Kidd of Erlanger; a daughter: Jennifer Kidd of Independence; a sister: Angie (David) Dixon of Ft. Mitchell; and his girlfriend: Robin Averbeck of Independence.

Visitation will be 12:00 - 2:00 PM, Friday, July 12, 2024 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 12, 2024 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home in Verona with Rev. BJ Donahue officiating.
