Charlotte Lee Brashear

Mrs. Charlotte Lee Williams Brashear was born on December 22, 1941 and passed away on August 30, 2019 in Warsaw, KY at the age of 77.  She was the daughter of the late Thomas & Dorothy Lee Shinkle Williams.

She was a former bookkeeper at the Gallatin County Nursing Home and a member of the Ten Mile Baptist Church.

Mrs. Brashear is survived by her husband of over 30 years, Roy “Steve” Brashear of Warsaw, a son, Jeff Brashear of Glencoe, a daughter, Angie Akins of Warsaw,  2 grandchildren, Jason Brashear, Amanda Garrett, and 2 great grandchildren, Dakota Carnes, and Jenna Carnes.

Mrs. Brashear was preceded in death by her daughter Karen Sue Brashear, 2 sisters, Jean Carver, Nadine Wilson, and her Maternal Grandparents Edward Nelson and Mary Frances Smith Shinkle.

Visitation for Mrs. Brashear will be from 10 AM to 12 PM, Friday, Sept. 6, 2019 at the Hamilton Stanley Funeral Home in Verona, KY.  Funeral services will be at 12 Noon on Friday at the Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Napoleon Cemetery, Gallatin County.
